By using the hbaji.im website and application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hbaji.

You may close your account at any time. Upon request, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method (excluding any active bonus wagering).
